They weren't benefitting from it though. The rule wasn't yet effective. Maybe if it's permanently quashed you would have a point. I also wonder why, if it is so beneficial, it wasn't implemented earlier in the Trump administration.

In real life every new President, Trump included, puts a blanket freeze on all unexecuted EOs and from the previous President. It's a basic part of new management taking over the shop. Biden didn't single this rule, which was written a couple of weeks ago and hasn't been executed, out for a pause. It fell in that unexecuted bucket so it is paused for review like everything else in that bucket.
Anyhow, y'all are just pretending to care about this. Trump had 4 years to make this rule and it wasn't a priority. But now, somehow as of exactly today, there is absolutely monumental significance and urgency around ensuring people who use community health centers to get their insulin are able to do so at cost?
I look forward to the thread praising Biden for putting this or a similar rule into effect in March.

No I'm saying that this is an issue that you don't actually care about in any way and are now just pretending to. Again, this is an EO that Trump (or Obama or Bush or Clinton ....Truman) could have written at any point. Why is it all of a sudden so urgent that waiting three months is the end of the world?
