Yes, he’s a liberal.
He just doesn’t like rampant abuse of power, the IC, etc, for political purposes.
That puts him at odds with most of today’s Democrats, including most of our Democrat friends here.

Actually, maher doesn't push it very hard.
They deflected it and saying let the doj investigate it.
There is nothing illegal about the press being together and stopping the hunter biden story.
There is something wrong with the fbi getting involved as Zuckerberg has said.
But they can't investigate themselves when the top is what was pushing it.

The fact that the fbi may have asked Zuckerberg to not cover certain things should be investigated.
But it won't.

Maher and Joe Rogan are essentially cut from same cloth. The entertainment business and all of the people they have to associate with have made them much more level-headed than idiots like Ron Perlman and Kathy Griffith.
They’ll never vote for a Republican but they’re never going to cave to the looney fringe far left — AOC and Hollywood and Elizabeth Warren et al.
Put it this way…Maher was someone who I truly despised because he attacked W constantly as well as religion. Now I know what he meant. Maher is also more conservative than Liz Cheney.
