You always were and always will to too stupid for pretty much anything.
I think your little seal buddy understands.
That finally answers which tweedle is which.
Now that you have thrown your little temper tantrum, have vented your frustrations and done everything but discuss the thread topic…
Any thoughts (lol) about the thread subject or are you just looking to vent? Either is fine. Venting is good for your mental health. Let it all out. I’m here for you.

I'll give Massie credit if this passes, and hopefully it will. Until then, his track record doesn't leave much hope. Another failed bill just isn't as impressive to me as it is to his supporters.

Thanks, Brian Babin, for filing that bill.

Thought you guys said you didn’t want posts about Massie? Or was that just the bad ones?
The Massholes post way more about Massie than Massie's critics here do. Don't let them fool you.

Seems like Congress has already stated this - at least that is what I remember from the scotus case. But I could be wrong - anyone know for sure?
Maybe this would make it clearer, but the real issue will always be the language of the 14th. Congress (nor the President) obviously cannot override the Constitution.

This is the holy grail. China (via surrogacy), Mexico and other hostile foreign countries are infiltrating the US through birthright citizenship at alarming rates.

The author of the Civil Rights Act of 1866 that became the basis for the 14th amendment certainly did not think it applied to those here illegally.
There was no concept of illegal immigration in the US until 1875, so the author couldn't possibly have thought it applied to a concept that didn't exist at the time.
I also found an argument recently that the text says "all persons born" referring to the child, not to the parents, so the parents status is irrelevant. Don't think that argument jives with the ruling in Wong Kim Ark, but it's an interesting argument.

dear leader
Very interesting. That’s not an oft used term here.

Define rino because DeSantis was once maga that’s different though because dear leader can’t be criticized, right?
Someone else used that phrase as well.
Very interesting indeed.

The way it was intended. Children born of illegals should not be US citizens.

Vacationers from other countries as well.
It’s stupid.
It’s stupid.

Massie is going to vote no on the bill he co-sponsored?
I don’t think the tweedles can help but laugh at that.

Or I’ve seen porksammich and others say god forbid dear leader Trump gets criticized
Posted on 2/2/26 at 10:06 am to Jugbow
I’ve not seen them use that phrase.
Have a link?
Another quote from that guy…
So strange.
Damn. I had forgotten how much that brilliant poster used “dear leader”.
Also principled, staunch conservative…
Search engines have improved so much in less than a year. It’s amazing.

Yes, if it gets close to getting passed, he wont vote yes. As long as it has no chance to pass, he'll vote yes.

The swamp will kill this bill. Just like they killed the insider trading legislation.
