And we applied scrutiny to her claims.

Now people are upset scrutiny is being applied to these claims and lashing out and calling that "defending" something.

Was poking holes in CBF's testimony "defending" Kavanauh's rape of her? See how silly that sounds.

He says he went 20 times

Are you forgetting that she named longtime friends as witnesses who all ended up saying it never happened? Bob Bechel's ex-wife seemed to think it was laughable that the accuser would have ever been at a party with the cool kids.

You have done a shot job at this and should take a breather. Because I am trying to get an idea of what these posts are about this morning, and half the threads are your posts denying everything. That started with maybe the first reply of the thread from yesterday.

Your mind has clearly been made up on this issue, you can stop derailing now

Where did I reference his word? We're talking receipts.

Unless the accuser has a polaroid from the concert with Walz in it, I imagine Walz is the only person who has access to 40-year old paperwork to provide proof.

Data wasn't as accessible in the mid-90s and Walz was the adult who had access to the paper/documents.

Didnt need to. 30 year old sexual assault claims are almost always a money grab for lawyers. We knew.

I suspect this is bullshite too.

No. I didn't believe her. I scrutinized her statements.

People are melting on here b/c I am acting the same way with this story.

I summarized them for you a page or 2 back.

Yeah that comment was quite prescient, as we're almost a day into this with nothing of real verifiable substance other than Walz resigned from his job and went on personal leave a few months prior.

Stop.

You're jumping the shark from mistake to lie.
It's fine to misremember. It happens. Blassy-Ford provided no dates. If you're positively asserting she did, either post her statements or reconsider yours. There is already far more detail in this claim than with anything Ford ever offered.

At this point, Walz should lean in and say, "Gay, but consensual". Libs won't care and it's more believable!

The age of the 14y/o victim would be an impediment to the claim.

Walz’s wife already said he was at the concert. No one needs a Polaroid.

The Black Insurrectionist fellow seems to mischaracterize the Nebraska School Board actions. He refers to Walz being "fired." The Board refers to his departure as a Leave of Absence, but there may be more to that story.

Shouldn't this meeting be public record? I know they can hold closed-door meetings to avoid being disrupted by an angry mob but I don't think they can "classify" the meeting. Wouldn't even a discussion of disciplinary action against a teacher be part of the public record? It certainly should be.

The only Indigo Girls concert in the US in March 1995 was in Austin, TX.

Another fake from this faker.

The only thing you could argue is the story that Walz took a student to a concert, which was reported almost 2 months prior to this reveal, which is dissimilar to Kavanaugh, because the setting of that allegation was not already in the public domain.

Everything in this guy's framing is built around proving he reported this prior to the story being released, but he allegedly alerted the campaign in the most non-sensical and trackable way possible. Alarm bells are ringing. Sending an actual email wouldn't be burdensome and would prove his claims, but he went through an elaborate strategy of...using their campaign "Contact Us" box, and building a case around them having to keep the records?

It doesn't pass the smell test at all. Apply the same scrutiny you would if Trump were the alleged perp and you'd agree. Does that mean it's impossible? No, he may just be a fan of Rube Goldberg and that's how he lives his life.

Because they get their information via influencers, who have a strong motivation to lie.
