If officials of an executive branch department violate the law, the "only" solution is to impeach the sitting president?

Dude, put down the pipe.

No jurisdiction. No members of the administration were served.

I thought articles of impeachment were filed against this clown?
Yes, and that process has gone exactly nowhere. It was political grandstanding, taken seriously by no one.

hasn’t been adjudicated.
Just not a good look.

I get it.
It's lawyer-think,
and you are good at it.
But come on!

At times like this, it's easy to get lost in the forest by focusing on individual trees. You need to step away from efforts at magnificent legal genius on a non-lawyer board, and drift back to actual pragmatism. Whatever your effort or various motivations here, you will do better with that approach.

For disobeying a court order? What line of cases is this?

Before I post them. Will you admit you were ignorant to the fact they exist?

I’ve never had the opportunity to research ways to violate a court order. Please post.

Just like the impeachments of trump? That was political grandstanding, taken seriously by no one other than idiots like you. The difference is that the impeachments were brought by a made up Russia collusion that has been proven to be part of a coup. The impeachment of this judge are built upon facts. Enjoy the show as the plot thickens. Your side will not like the ending.

They didn't violate law. They gave the finger to an unconstitutional ruling from Obama's boyfriend.

This is regarding the president & not "officials"

Very similar, yes. Zero chance of a "conviction" in either case..

Whatever you say, friend.

Again, whatever you say.

The Dems impeached Trump for little more reason than the fact that they did not like him. Trump is encouraging the impeachment of Boasberg because he doesn't like the judge's rulings.
