My job has taken me into multiple homes on a daily basis for 15 years.
Black homes are usually immaculate on the inside even if the outside of the home looks run down from the street.
The inside of white people’s homes is exponentially more likely to be poorly kept.
My data set is thousands and thousands of homes.

He's probably mainly going into drug users houses and drunk's houses. The area he used to police is mainly black so he got the false impression all blacks are like that. It's how stereotyping happens. If he were a black officer policing a bunch of drug using whites he would think the same thing about poor white people.
