A couple of key points:
1) The left has been arguing that this is no different than a random person walking in and making a bogus claim about anyone. That is false. The 1023 is used *only* for confidential human sources. That is not some random. That is someone who has been used before and, typically, has been paid by the FBI for information. That is the case here.
2) The timing of the 1023 is telling. It was from June 2020. In the 1023, the CHS makes a specific reference to "the Big Guy." Why is this important? It was not until months later, in October 2020, that the laptop email was released that referred to "the Big Guy" with Tony Bobolinski stating in a news conference that "the Big Guy" referred to Joe. How would the CHS know anything about "the Big Guy" reference months before the email was leaked? That, in part, helps corroborate the veracity of the CHS.
Of course, you could believe that it is pure coincidence that Hunter and his associates used the phrase "the Big Guy" in their internal email correspondence and the CHS who claims to be privy to conversations with Zlochevsky just accidentally used the same phrase in describing his conversations with Zlochevsky.

all this screaming of "why dont they DO something?" is appealing to SAY, but totally lacking in logic - The ONLY way anything can be DONE about it is to ELECT new people who have the POWER to do 'something.' And to do that you FIRST have to outline the WHY>??
Of course that is a hard row to hoe when the MEDIA refuses to touch it. So ALL you can 'DO" is keep pointing out the FACTs and validate the SOURCEs of those facts so MAYBE a few minds can be changed (or perhaps merely educated) so they can VOTE the bastards out.
Of course he election system has been wrecked - so that is even a long shot possibility.
