Biden said he was going to provide 100 million vaccines in 100 days. Did he not have a plan to manufacture and provide those vaccines? Was Biden's plan that Trump would have millions stockpiled for him? If they are starting form square one, then it sounds like Biden had no plan coming in. Incompetence indeed.

To be fair I think lots of otherwise responsible people may be in dire need to a couple thousand bucks after this past year. It really is a douche move but not a surprising one.
