Pro-Canadian crowd

The red-clad, pro-Canadian crowd was in full voice across Milano Santagiulia Ice Hockey Arena — a facility completed just before the Games located southeast of Milan's city centre — ahead of puck drop. Dozens of red Maple Leafs were unfurled throughout the 11,600-seat venue, while the Stars and Stripes was peppered throughout the venue.

The last paragraph.

quote:

The Canadian topped their neighbours to the south 2-1 in dramatic fashion on a McDavid OT goal at last year's politically-charged 4 Nations Face-Off — an Olympic appetizer marked accented by U.S. President Donald Trump's continued rhetoric that his country's close ally and trading partner should become the 51st state.

Living in the past because the future is bleak.

They are still trying to process the fact that Alabama has blown by them economically. And now this.

He's upset, plus it was clear we were better - at goalkeeping

Used to drink milk out of bags. A few still do but they realized how moronic it was.

Fun Facts about Canada:

-Created Hockey
-No Canadian NHL team has won a Stanley Cup since 1993
-Just lost to the USA in a sport they created
-Jack Hughes and Megan Keller are legal owners of Canada now
-Canadian bacon is just ham slices
-Zero SEC Championships

I used to watch the Montreal Canadiens back in the '80s and '90s on CBC.
I have some Canadian bacon in the fridge. Perfect with my eggs at breakfast.

3 v 3 plays into Canada strength, which is skating and skill.

But they got sloppy, and paid the price. Same with Womens game, Canada turned it over after having a break, and it cost them.

They need to stop worrying about wingers and develop Goalies. Binnington is average, you put him on finland, swiss, etc and he's got a 3-4 goals against.
