Just a reminder from a HARDCORE hockey fan that the Canadian players are red state type men. Nathan Mckinnon is-for instance-literally the most intense hockey player in the NHL. He's borderline crazy and one of the most if not the most popular athlete in Colorado. Let's pile on Canada-but in no world are any of the Canadian players soft-and they are all great friends with guys on the American team. These guys are brothers wearing different jerseys.
That said. LOLOLOLOL AT OUR LOWLY PROVINCIAL NEIGHBORS TO THE NORTH.

Canada will always be a subsidiary of the United States. The fact that they lost in their best sport to us today is hilarious.
Just become our 51st state.

This is comedic gold, but i find it even more hilarious that Florida teams and Vegas teams have won multiple Stanley Cup Finals since the last Canadian team. Two places where its actually a challenge to even keep ice outdoors.

Jon Cooper and the three Tampa Bay Lightning players on the team all live in Tampa year-round

It's their main sport and it's probably closer to 10 in the US if you include combat sports. They still can't beat us when it really counts.

O' F Canada! From their flavorless beer to their watered down whiskey, Rush is overrated, Nickleback sucks and never trust anyone who puts mayonaise on their french fries. James Cameron is now a washed up commie hack like the rest of Hollywood.
But John Candy was awesome.

"You be the judge of who was the better team today," said Canada forward Nathan MacKinnon, who missed a chance to put Canada up 2-1 in the third period.
I may be just a dumb hick from rural north Alabama who’s only attended one hockey game in his life, but I’m pretty sure the way to judge who’s the better hockey team is by looking at who won the game.
An consdering these boys from the good ole’ U S of A are wearing gold medals…
And these boys from Canada, who look like they were just told there is no Santa Claus, appear to be wearing silver…
Id say it’s quite obvious the USA Men’s Hockey is indeed the better team.

Poutine with smoked shallots is delicious.
But it is fun to watch them cry

Weren’t our idiot leftists celebrating last year when Canada won at the Four Nations?
Must have been a tough loss for these manginas today.

No sticks in the Canada locker room today. Sticks are for winners.
Shoresy season 5 just hit and the irony was beautiful. North America comes together and takes on the evil EU. See Canada, if you had only become the 51st state you would be eating sticks right now.
