Since we’re talking about CDC data…
At least we know those excess deaths weren’t the flu.
Per the CDC, cases by flu season, roughly Oct - April.
2017-18 45,000,000
2018-19 36,000,000
2019-20 38,000,000
2020-21 2,038
2021-22(td) 13,070
Masks and social distancing don’t explain those numbers, especially since we’ve been lectured to incessantly that a large swath of the country isn’t doing it anyway.
We’re being lied to.

The government wanted these deaths and why is the question we should be asking.
To make us need new immigrants???

People were not driving as much because of shutdowns, so auto accidents were much lower.
Auto deaths weren’t down that much. They were the same here in Missouri.

I still believe that the covid numbers were exaggerated due to bogus tests, monetary incentives, and loose rules on diagnosing covid.
Absolutely.

The excess deaths are hard to overlook though. Even the excess noncovid deaths are puzzling.
They’re not that puzzling. Delayed routine care. Understaffed offices leading to fewer patients seen. Limited support systems because of lockdowns - addiction support, nutrition support for diabetes, etc. Alzheimer’s patients didn’t have access to social support or family visits.

I suspect that our models for estimating flu prevalence and death are wildly inaccurate.
We tested many more people for the flu last year. And the numbers just weren’t there.

What’s weird is Tennessee still hasn’t published how many people died and what caused their death information for 2020 yet so how do we know what data they used to build the report in the OP? I emailed them and they replied that they are still doing investigations. Total bullshite.

528,891 more deaths than in 2019. The number of deaths for which COVID-19 was the underlying cause of death was 350,831
Well, we must remember the narrativ- err, "science" that says that influenza and influenza-pneumonia just completely miraculously disappeared for that whole year.
I mean, it's conveniently back, now that the XiDXi has had to finally publicly admit that their PCR tests cannot differentiate between COVID-19 and influenza...
...but that one year, it just went away completely! I say aliens had a hand in it.

And how many of these deaths are directly attributed to Fauci and the media trying to hide the most effective treatments for the China Virus?
85-90% according to the real expert Dr. Peter McCullough.
