Mickey- I must confess- I really haven’t followed the trial-the only forensic evidence I’ve reviewed is that toxicology report.

Fentanyl is lethal in small doses.

How does the presence of fentanyl alone fail to create reasonable doubt?

Especially if the only medical evidence presented by the prosecution was a photo that doesn’t depict the location of the knee. Did the prosecution present evidence that his airway was restricted (I really don’t know the answer) but if they failed to- they failed to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

I’d love an acquittal right about now.

Maybe he didn't have to scream he couldn't breath in the back of the cop car. Then he never would have been pulled out. It wasn't "needed".

Fat man on his gut, handcuffed behind his back - he was going nowhere
Except places to hurt himself. Leave him there to thrash around like a seal and you folks go nuts too. He had already hurt himself in the soft back seat, wouldnt stay in it and asked to be laid down.

Did you see the department protocols to continue the restraint to keep the suspect from injuring onesself? Would it be reasonable to do so? Do you doubt that?

Had three times the lethal amount in his system on autopsy. No reasonable coroner would rule his death anything but a drug overdose

Every cop I have spoken to think that what Chauvin did was very wrong. A few are holding out on the belief that some other medical emergency happened in that exact moment. Nobody understands why he never got off Floyd’s neck.

Oh FFS, he never got off because Floyd never stopped resisting. Do you think any cop is going to give you an HONEST answer about this now? They're ALL in the crosshairs at this point. They're all thinking "Look, I just want to pay the house off and get my 25 years in, and I'm out".

Mostly he fricked himself. Shouldn’t see murder, though
I’m rooting like hell for him to be acquitted.

But he definitely fricked himself. For his own sake he should have got tf up off Floyd WAY before he did.

That was really stupid of him.

cool. lower the windows a few inches.

This was an unforced error. Hard to believe people see this any other way, they just focus on the POS that GF was.

Stop bothering the cops. They don't need to speak for anyone else.

They showed the same time during the trial via Chaivins body camera. It was on his back. The angle makes it look that way though.

Cavuto keep showing the still image with Chauvin's knee on his neck.
