I assume they just shaved off closet space from each of the adjacent areas. Unclear if they created this space on purpose or on accident and just made the best of it. Also wouldn’t surprise if they had a contract for X number of rooms and realized they were 1 short ??

its that small to ensure people can't frick or do illegal business i'm sure. wouldn't be a terrible idea in the west...better than on a bridge or subway
