This is a joke, right?

Civility has been on a precipitous decline since Obama won the WH. He told Republicans they would have to "ride in the back" and that "elections have consequences". He rallied against spiking the football and for 8 years that's all he did. He rode to the WH on a wave of optimism for hope, change, and enlightened leadership; but, entered it with the intent to rule, not govern.

His smugness rubbed off on his party and his corruption did as well. It produced profound hubris in the DNC. The DNC owned Congress and the WH and virtually every top executive branch position imagineable.

Hubris turned to aggression, masked as political correctness and progressivism.

He installed a network of gatekeepers to keep himself from ever paying a price. And he did the same for Hillary and the top of the DNC network.

Obama promised the most transparent administration ever. He gave us the opposite. He said we'd save money and keep our doctor then the doctor disappeared and our bank accounts took a beating. He rallied against the Patriot Act and its potential for abuse then expanded it and abused it. When conservatives rightly sounded the alarm, the pack mentality in the DNC produced attack after attack.

Elected Republicans sat back and did nothing. Or, in some cases enabled Obama. He pushed through Obamacare that wasn't even read. Rather it arrived with a set of marching orders to administrators and was dependent on the stupidity of the American people.

Instead of leading the nation, he went overseas and apologized for it. Meanwhile, his network kept him insulated. His followers got more brazen. Scrutiny was labeled as racism. Then being a man was labeled toxic. Being white meant your opinion was not only less meaningful, you weren't even supposed to feel free to voice it.

He told us he no longer cared about Congress because he had a pen and a phone then entered the US into an agreement and payout to Iran that was unconstitutional and should have been routed through the Senate.

He told us things like DACA were unconstitutional and that he lacked power to enact and then issued a proclamation anyway. We have massive problems at the border with thousands and thousands of American lives ruined by crime and criminals that come directly from poor border security. We had an Attorney General caught in a gun running scheme intended to help push the anti-gun agenda, that put weapons in the hands of the cartels, which were used to kill a Border Patrol Agent. An Attorney General held in contempt of Congress. People demanded our laws and our border be respected and in turn, they were called evil and racist.

And still, his followers got more and more aggressive as the insulation from scrutiny and accountability filtered down from the white house to every level of the sycophantic network inextricably tied to the DNC.

Obama was spiking the football and rubbing everyone's face in shite and every liberal and card carrying Dem on the planet followed suit. Congress, those with R's next to their names, save for just a few, cowered in a corner. ANTIFA and BLM ransacked campuses, assaulted people, and promised more violence if the rest of us didn't bow down.

Obama, Hillary, the DNC, and liberals everywhere went beyond just being assholes. They heaped injustice on others and threatened more. They went beyond ridicule and challenged the culture, values, and rights of anyone that dared to not fully agree with them.

People, the majority of the nation, dared to show up on November 8th and oppose this treatment. In response we saw protest and violence and hyperbole and baseless accusations. Now we have a Special Counsel on the road to nowhere, staffed by DNC errand runners with established histories of misconduct.

That's where civility went. And now the people are fed up. Now there's a backlash. Now the right and most of the center are taking a stand. It's become insufficient to have a discussion. The left demands obsequience. And that's not going to fly.

I lost mine after being repeatedly told I was racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, a nazi, a white supremacist, deplorable, had public calls to be attacked or killed , and was told I was responsible for every gun death in the country by Democrat politicians, leftist media, and their followers.

I'm pretty sure it started when we let the left push their agenda of destroying traditional values and the nuclear family and rewarding people because they fit a certain demographic instead of having intelligence and abilities.

To liberals both common and elite:

Because one side stopped letting the other have their own opinion and stopped letting them live their lives.

Oh, and about civility, we aren't. No one is. We live in a semblance of it, but make no mistake... humans aren't civil ultimately.

It's time for the left to own their utterly divisive ways and ACTUALLY open the dialog to anyone. While they're at it, it would be nice to stop having their morals shoved down our throats while our version of morals are made fun of and condescended upon.

We see your globalist, authoritarian, socialist methods, and we disapprove. This is America, Jack. And we will fight for it.
