The FBI is right next door pretty much. Fort McNair, Washington navy yard, and a marine barracks are a few blocks away, and the pentagon is just across the river.

Dont forget that most of DC, including the WH is connected by tunnels. If you dont think there will be hundreds if not thousands of troops staged and ready underground waiting just in case, you are a fool.

Amazing that the side that is creating all the violence, causing the mass social disruption, using race to play the country against one another is also using the threat of violence to detract people from being part of fair elections then pretending like it is what the other side does.

I don’t think the situation or even the anger of people is elevated enough to where 100s or even 10s of people would charge into live gunfire and death over the election results. Light some fires, break some windows? Yeah, but none of them are willingly taking on bullets.

Disagree. It has been forecasted that military will eventually assume temporary control to quell the riots that are being organized in defiance of Trump winning another term. This would be an absolute national tragedy. Hopefully none of these people are dumb enough to even attempt anything of the sort.
And justified, or bound by dutiful obligation or not, this would be Trump’s legacy regardless of whatever else he’d be able to accomplish over a second term.
After all we’ve seen, I don’t think anyone would expect the national media to appropriately report something like this if it were to happen

Can't argue with that and I agree it's a bit sensationalized and far-fetched, but that's why I was curious about thoughts from people as more of a theoretical exercise. 100% agree no matter how justified and what the circumstances were, any "protestors" that were killed outside the WH or on WH grounds would be portrayed as "Hitler POTUS is now using SS agents to kill political opponents ." I guess that's as much a fear for me as anything.

If it looked like this was a actual possibility, all roads around a designated perimeter would be blocked. They would have to fight through multiple levels of security just to get to the fence. NO way would they military, police, or secret service would let them get anywhere close to the property.

Would never happen. The young people don’t want a revolution. They want to APPEAR to want a revolution for their internet points and virtue signaling. If they aren’t ready to die for a revolution, which they aren’t, they wouldn’t get two feet inside the fence before they scattered like ants.
