Yeh defintely. The movie where the lead actor says he was inspired by Satan. Thanks for another good example of my point.

Historical dramas on Netlix and Prime are your best bet. Usually produced overseas. Aside from token homosexual relationships incidental to the main story, theres not much leftists can do to them.

You would think straight white males make up 10 percent of the population based on shows and commercials.
==================

And even then we are made to be criminals and/or buffoons.

I don't watch movies or any sort of 'entertainment' being offered these days - and that decision predates the shift towards political alignments. It derived from the content being un-funny and morally corrupt.

But I do watch FNC plus Science, History, Military, DIY, etc channels on TV. I have noticed the commercials slanting towards white males as the only 'buffoon' type character in their ads.

If someone is confused about how to operate a water hose, it is invariably a white male, Burglars are universally white males (except I have recently seen one where the first burglar show was black, but was joined ASAP by a WM - an absolute exception to the norm.)

If the product is sexuality enhancement, the one in need of ED medication is always a white male - the one with the twinkle in their eye and swooned over by adoring white females is always a black male.

The number of white males who are represented as 'authorities' in a commercial are almost always the owner of the product advertised = e.g. the MyPillow guy.

Now, my only concern about this trend is how it is effecting the mental development of children. Many are entering their teenage years having never seen a competent white male authority figure in an advertisement. No wonder they are so easily convinced that 'white man bad' as they enter collage.

I don’t go out of my way to watch conservative entertainment vs liberal entertainment. I watch stuff that’s good. If it’s heavy dosing on politics, it’s probably not good and just trying to get viewers by being political

Give your money (views) to entertainment that is good, regardless of politics. I don’t want politics in my entertainment, and eventually we can depoliticize entertainment by shunning political entertainment and encouraging good quality entertainment

The NCIS's are basically apolitical and not agenda driven.

NCIS LA is pretty enjoyable because it has overarcing plots and more interesting stuff than OG NCIS,Can't stand NOLA

For me if I watch TV:

HGTV
Million Dollar Listing
Anything with Gordon Ramsay
Chopped/Competition Shows
Forged in Fire
South Park
Historical stuff
Fast N Loud/Deadliest Catch
USA has pretty decent original shows

I watched the Death Wish remake with Bruce Willis and it was about as Pro 2nd Amendment as could be.

That's why critics hated it.

I watched it and thought it was great.

My favorite shows are politically neutral:

My 600 pound life
Hoarding: Buried Alive
Extreme Coupons
Dr. Pimple Popper
Judge Judy

My wife watches 5 shows that all deal with murder porn. No political slant.

Great observations and even with the "Ring" ad with the black criminal, he is with the white guy as you mentioned and the homeowner is a black female so the RARE commercial they show a black criminal, it still had to be doctored up to be acceptable to the advertiser.

I really would be upset, in ways, as a minority if I felt like I was being patronized. In that the ad makers feeling like I couldn't handle certain roles in commercials these days being portrayed with minorities was tantamount to a back-door "low expectations" type of racism. Why does this seldom get addressed? I feel like over-playing racial roles in either direction to how it would otherwise organically exist is not healthy to racial discourse but presently it is WAY over-played in ads these days to one side of the ledger. Quite unfortunate.

Sadly you have to go back about 4 decades to find a TV series that doesn’t portray a white father figure as a goof ball baffoon. I buY DVD series at WalMart like Flipper and Little House on Prarie and my girls love them.

The last TV series I watched that portrayed the husband as sane and the wife as an idiot was Green Acres. That ended around 1970.
The unique angle of the show, however, was that everyone in the cast was a weirdo. Therefore, the one normal man stuck out as the oddball and was mocked.

NCIS NOLA takes a very slight dip to the left with the lesbo agent.

If you have satellite or cable you can get SEWS (Starz Encore). It's a western themed classic movie channel that makes ya feel pretty good after watching a wholesome movie. No cussing, gratuitous sex, excessive violence, etc. Some may call it racist because occasionally a cowboy or US Calvary soldier kills an indigenous American and African Americans are sometimes still portrayed as 2nd class Americans but overall it's a pretty good channel.
