Start taking responsibility for your offspring.

This is where the banking crisis of 2007-8 came from largely. Regulations relaxing borrowing for minorities wound up making excessive loan failures in the real estate market because the borrowers could not pay the notes.

Are you saying that Cube is quoting Booker in an artifact that Cube wrote or did Booker have a hand in writing this? Cause this doesn't seem like anything that Booker write for either ideological or political reasons.
