What is the policy? What did congress vote on and the name?
Congress previously passed immigration law. The Biden administration ignored and frankly actively promoted illegal immigration.

So yes it is a policy to enforce laws on the books which were not.

quote:

Not an executive order, do you know the difference? Furry?
The executive order is a directive to enforce the law, which was actively being disregarded due to previous administration orders.

You really don’t handle facts well do you?

quote:

GoP does not govern, they just say ok whatever he does. Nothing, but tax cuts, thats All !!
I like tax cuts.

You apparently missed the Democrats don’t govern, just follow the instructions of the president when there is a Democrat president.

Leaders lead, followers follow. The closest you ever see to the congressional party NOT follow the presidents direction is when a republican is president.

Much like you, Democrats are mindless sheep. If they weren’t they could tell you what a woman is. Go ask any democrat member of congress not named Fetterman and see what answer you get.

Well, it was an illegal action and a judge said so.
And it’s funny isn’t it how the supreme court keeps saying he does.

I’m not sure what the overturn rate is on these liberals judges trying to play President, but it’s extremely high.

You’re trying way too hard to pretend you’re an independent. You’re full on Trump Deranged leftist.

They are for anything that benefits them personally, especially when it comes to money. They couldn’t care less about the actual issues. Its really is this simple.

Government is their religion. They believe their views are their highest calling. When they can’t defend themselves, they begin to attack the opposition. Very fragile.

I'm a registered independent but mostly vote for Dems.

One thing I'm for is that if someone gets convicted of assaulting a police officer, the president shouldn't pardon that person. Assaulting the police is bad. But Trump pardoned many people who assaulted police.

And the funny thing is that all of the "conservative" "patriotic" republicans on this board are going to down vote the idea that you shouldn't pardon people that assaulted police.

Some of the people pardoned:
quote:

Specific individuals who had been convicted of assaulting officers and received pardons include:

Daniel Rodriguez, who used a stun gun to "plunge it" multiple times into the neck of Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone, causing Fanone to scream in pain and later suffer a heart attack. Rodriguez was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison.

Julian Khater, who pleaded guilty to assaulting officers with a dangerous weapon after he pepper-sprayed U.S. Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick in the face. Officer Sicknick died the following day from strokes, which the medical examiner said all the events of the day played a role in. Khater was sentenced to more than six years.

Peter Schwartz, who was convicted of spraying officers with pepper spray and throwing a chair at police. He had a history of violence and was sentenced to more than 14 years in prison.

Robert Palmer, who attacked officers with a fire extinguisher, a wooden plank, and a pole.

Christopher Quaglin, described by prosecutors as one of the most violent rioters who "viciously assaulted numerous officers" for hours, including pushing, punching, and choking one officer to the ground. He was sentenced to 12 years.

Dems don’t believe in the heart of the law. They pick and choose their battles.

We should all agree that drugs being run into our country is bad. Instead they have empathy with drug runners, who are mostly pieces of shite who want to make money off killing Americans.

If you’re not for making America great again, then obviously you’re against making America great again. Pretty cut and dry.

that could be insinuated by reading the stupidity of your post.

You have dutifully captured and even embellished the feverish reportage by the democrat media. That is a sure sign of a nonexistent moral backbone.

You’re correct, he shouldn’t.

There weren’t that many. Doesn’t excuse it, but don’t inflate the numbers.

What I’m curious about is why 250 FBI agents were embedded in the crowd. We really need a list of every one of them and see what their actions were on that day. I suspect we’re not going to like the results much

Then sack up & debate. Don't be a shitty troll that just sucks value out of everyone's life. Or at least be a more original troll...SFP at least tries.

The thing about this website is that you can still talk freely with just as much visibility as everyone else, whether TD posters agree or not. Try that most places short of 4chan & you will get instabanned. Look at reddit banning people for liking posts on random right wing subs

So you're saying that you agree that trump shouldn't have pardoned the guys that assaulted police officers? Or are you changing the subject because you dont care?

Why do you have to change the subject?

Can you not agree that presidents shouldn't pardon people that assaulted police officers?

Assaulting police is bad. So is malicious prosecution, entrapment, and 8th Amendment violations. Wouldn’t you agree?

What would you say if Biden had pardoned BLM members that attacked police?

Cool. We agree on that. So you agree that's it's horrific for a president to pardon people that assaulted the police correct?

Yes, he’s still got more things I like than what I don’t. Net positive these days is about as much as you can hope for.

If you disqualify your support for any politician that does anything you disagree with then you won’t support any of them. Really not the worst idea when you think about it because they all suck.

Same thing, he’s the president. I don’t agree with it, but he has the power to literally pardon anyone.

Bad, hardly horrific.
