Christians don't really care what homosexuals think about Trump. And we certainly don't buy your concern trolling about whether his policies are Christian enough for us or not.

Mmmkay, cupcake?

I never said they did. Did you read the OP?

Word games. Sophistry.

We support Trump, he is the best friend that Christians have had in the White House since before Reagan.

Your concern is duly noted, however.

What am I concerned about? Why are you so defensive?

Trump doesn’t stand for the same things the Gospel peaches. That’s precisely why he’s so popular among his base, which you are clearly a part of. At least own it.

Your what about Biden/Harris schtick is moot because no one in this thread is painting them as Christians.

This is a perfect example of the crossroads we are at as a country. Even Priests are choosing a side politically. It is very concerning

I agree, but I think most Catholic priest say the same

Most priests I have been around acknowledge that the dems are more in opposition to God’s will. Either way, Christ never concerned Himself with politics for a reason. Politics are in and of themselves inherently evil. Republicans and democrats alike….

That particular priest probably supports Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden, both who support abortion (murder) up to the moment of birth, but you can’t be Catholic and support President Trump?

The Catholic Church lost its way long ago. It is now truly one of the most corrupt entities on earth.

I lost you at priest. The church has butt fricked kids for centuries, they have murdered children in orphanages for centuries, abuse Indian girls and all was done in the name of the lord. All of this was covered up for years and years. They never turn it in when they find it on their own. frick a bunch of priests. Be careful
What kind of God a priest tells you about. I would stick with reading the Bible!

No, but I don't rely on a man for spiritual guidance.

Showering with your 8-10-13 (?) y. o. Rdaughter like Biden did is fine but Trump *checks note*… effectively get RvW overturned, secures the border & sends mean tweets makes him the baddie?

When it comes to government leaders, our choices are almost always limited. Sometimes both options are bad, sometimes one is better, and neither will ever be perfect. God is the one who raises up and removes rulers (Daniel 2:21), and He calls us to seek wisdom and make the best decision we can with the options before us (Romans 13:1). In the last election, the Democratic Party openly championed positions that run directly against Scripture such as the destruction of unborn life and the promotion of sexual immorality. Trump is far from a model of faith, but he did not set himself against these truths in the same way. In situations like that, we often vote for the one who is less hostile toward biblical values.

Look at this. A Democrat fetus killer is waving the teachings of Jesus in your face.

Nope. Trump ain't the perfect Christian, none of us will be, but he's trying to be better. Not sure the reason why your "Priest" thinks this but he should be asked. If it's stupid political reasons, you need to find a new one.

Ask him straight out who has been better for Christian causes than him...Biden, Obama? Trump on abortion alone should make your Priest at minimum never say what he did.

I'm going to say, if you really care about this, you'll end up finding a new church.
