Not only were they cooking the books on what was being reported down the road to the FBI, but they weren’t including juvenile crime data, especially homicides committed by those 17 & under. Which is off the charts! But, hey, it’s black kids killing other black kids, so why should Democrats or in particular the black community give a shite, because no where in their history have they shown to give a shite unless they get a return on that investment?
