You're an SJW who advocates "heavily regulated free markets" (oxymoron) yet claims to hate capitalism and embrace libertarianism.
You're a very confused Bernie bro. Voluntary transactions are the basis of capitalism and free markets, heavy regulation is authoritarian.

Yes, it's written by those in the 3 categories I mentioned. It's called fiction.

not really. capitalism is great, but if you want to prevent an oligarchy from forming, you have to sprinkle in aspects of socialism.
Fine. That's Keyensian. The opposite of libertarian.

Hoppe's branch of libertarianism is realism:
In order to have a libertarian society, you need to rid the society of individuals who don't practice tenets conducive to libertarian ideals

You're an authoritarian, not libertarian

You hate capitalism and private property and favor heavily regulated socialism. You're a classic authoritarian

I certainly don't. I don't abandon ideology for the team sport aspect of politics. Root for ideas, not people.

The problem with libertarians is the same which plagues any other political thought process. There’s always a dick measuring contest to prove who’s the biggest libertarian, and it leaves little wiggle room for common sense or moderation. It’s always everyone to the far fringes or you’re not really a libertarian. The exact same can be said for any other ideal on the right or left, and it’s why we are so polarized in this country. People often abandon common sense for their respective identity Politics, and if you dare to break from it, or drift to the center on any hot button issue, you come under ridicule for not being far enough to the fringe to be considered a true believer or whatever.

I do. I'm starting to question being tolerant of everything.

Yep.
There's a reason why libertarians are only white people.

Libertarian socialists are anti-capitalist, and can thus be distinguished from right-wing libertarians. Whereas capitalist (and right-libertarian) principles concentrate economic power in the hands of those who own the most capital, libertarian socialism aims to distribute power more widely amongst members of society.

Wouldn't setting forth a clear framework whereby such a document could be amended be an acknowledgement by those who crafted it that it wasn't "infallible"?
That is the funny part, the founders clearly knew this thing wasn't perfect, yet so many modern conservatives won't acknowledge the limitations of the agreement.

Seems you may be the one who is confused here.

Like amendments?
Which imperfect parts should go?
