Do I think it is wrong and a sin, then yes, I do have an "issue".

Why do you think it is wrong? Or specifically, from where did you get this thought?

Obviously, i'll come right out from where I'm leading, did you create this opinion based on the Bible?

Your lack of knowledge of scripture is showing...

There's a pretty solid part of the bible about not casting judgement.

There is also a pretty solid part of the Bible about shining the light... Again, you lack of knowledge and understanding of scripture is showing...

Where did he judge anyone? He said "God will judge"...

The left’s bizarre adulation of sex workers and porn is just another example of them being the sweating guy with two buttons. Neither is remotely a good thing for women involved.

If a church isn't administering discipline to unrepentant members, then they aren't technically a church in a biblical sense. Excommunication is a form of discipline that is meant to bring about repentance and restoration. I wouldn't want to have anything to do with a group that didn't discipline unrepentant sin like that.

I thought church/religion was all about forgiveness and accepting people for their sins?

Also, we all sin knowingly and in some aspects, continue to do it knowingly so why are you picking and choosing which sins should be punished and which should be overlooked?

In a better America peer pressure kept this stuff in check or at least quite.

Consenting adults behind closed doors is one thing but as soon as you make it a topic of conversation then you can’t get your panties in a bunch when you are shunned/ridiculed. There is a reason things are done when you are young and dumb instead of married and settled.

I did not create anything. Adultery, along with many other sins are covered many times in the Bible. You really cannot deny this, whether you believe or do not believe.

Why does it bother you so if I do not attempt to force you to accept my belief?

I dunno. Seems like the fact that there has always been a market for this kind of works suggests that some portion of women will always find it to be better than the alternative. The market has clearly spoken on this subject.

I know it's cliche but "love the sinner hate the sin" is truth in my view

I do think you make a fair point about modern evangelical Christianity's focus on some sin over another. There is usually some good reason for that - as in most gay people in the church aren't typically going to repent and agree to a chaste lifestyle. Whereas an adulterer can more "easily" (for lack of a better term) do so.

But certainly there is a history of obsessing over gay sex and premarital sex and ignoring a host of sinful conduct that is equally sinful and harmful.

Not sure if serious...

Pointing out sin in an effort to restore another to the body of Christ is not judging.

Why should we disobey God by ignoring unrepentant sin that makes a mockery of the Church?
Religious people do this every single day, so the question is in reverse, why all of a sudden do religious people care about this?

Why is abuse of power your line in the sand?
Because one has an adverse effect on another person, and the other is people consenting to do whatever they want to do that has no effect on anyone outside of the people involved.

What goes on behind someone's bedroom door is their business, not mine. God gave us free will, how you use it is up to you.

It doesn't. This is a message board where people post opinions, and we are posting opinions.

So If I'm assessing this correctly, because I've stuck my dick in multiple women in the same session, I'm going to hell. Never mind the charity work I do or the schools I donate supplies toward because it makes me happy to help others. But me fricking multiple women. Is the catalyst that will send me to hell.

It's ok to frick multiple women so long as you ask God for forgiveness.

ooooor....and just hear me out....some people ignore the fact that the bible is self-admittedly a collection of stories told by a number of people(some of them 2nd-hand) is meant to follow as a guild and not an absolute.

Only the Sithe believe in absolutes....And God wouldn't approve of the Sithe.

So? A lot of people don’t find that to be a moral problem at all.
