Will her being disqualified from prosecuting the case prevent the DAs office in general from prosecuting it or just her personally?
It may be moved to GBI or somehow another special prosecutor would be appointed (I'm not sure how GA procedure is on this). It's unlikely the case itself is dismissed at this point, for this sort of conflict.

I just read a few commends and my IQ went down.

Emily C on Fox is picking apart his testimony.

One KEY point you are missing!
Fani was/is working with the DOJ on this. She was carrying it for them. VERY biased.
If you get a new prosecutor in that is actually INDEPENDENT.
CASE IS OVER

Lol, where did that come from?

Very stupid people who don’t know the difference between saving their own money in cash and a public servant getting paid back under the table in cash.
Elected officials are expected to be able to show all “gifts” received in office as well as show that it isn’t against the rules.

I figured it wouldn't be dismissed but as just a lay court watcher I wasn't sure. I appreciate it. Thanks.

My biggest takeaway is that he’s stated multiple times he was paid back in cash. It actually opens up two doors. Can you show us through bank records where this cash was deposited? No? Ok then Ms Willis, can you show us where you paid him back with cash? If the both answer no that they can’t provide proof that he was paid back then the only conclusion you can draw is that he was never paid back. If he was never paid back then he is guilty of committing perjury.. it seems a very tedious way to go about it, but she has him locked in to his definitive statement that he was paid back in cash.

Turning it over to another prosecutor likely kills it for this election cycle IMHO.
They were supposedly coming up on trial soon. Turning it over to new prosecutors means time to bring themselves up to speed as well as fitting it on a docket.

Is there a chance for it to be pushed back to grand jury for indictment if she is pulled off the case?
I mean, how can you believe what she presented to the GJ to get the indictment is on the up and up.
Honestly don't know if this is a possibility.

Watching this "testimony-lies" by this scumbag is a pretty strong basis as to why lawyers are the scummiest, low IQ and morally corrupt humans on the planet.
Apologies to the attorneys in this thread.
Wait, not really. Fck you too.

Please tell me again why Bradley suddenly went quiet on the witness stand.

If someone else takes over prosecution of the case, they could drop the charges after non-biasedly looking at the laws supposedly broken and the evidence to support that.
However, I believe this would all be admissible for the Defense if she is thrown off the case, which would make it sound even more like a hit job…..not that Trump will get a fair jury in Fulton County

Why is he buying these trips on a business card to begin with?

Cause everyone does that when they don’t think they will ever get caught…..especially when they are boinking the DA and have leverage on her
