Fannie and Nathan getting thrown off the case would definitely be admissible evidence and in fact they could call them as defense witnesses
And impeach them which they would simply plead the fifth due to their involvement with the Biden Justice department
That’s why I think this case is completely thrown out

But it’s worse than that. He backtracked and said some of the time she didn’t really reimburse him but she paid for things during the trip itself and it all sort of comes out even.
