They have not convinced the judge, yet... that she materially benefitted, other than a personal relationship with Wade. It does not look good for her...though she appears to be overly open about her life.

Damn, this started off like a train wreck but it leveled off and Fani owned them. The defense lawyers really fumbled a huge opportunity.

May have missed with Wade's testimony, but I think they should have established that both he and Fani had P2P accounts, and if so, why were they fine paying certain friends via paypal/cashapp/venmo/etc. and chose to pay each other in cash.
