Now, as anyone proficient in rudimentary college math would know that the second term (new cases due to internal spread) will quickly surpass any new cases introduced via international travel (no matter what k1, k2, or k3 are). In fact, at the time the restrictions were in place the second term was already far larger than the first.
A computer scientist would say that that function is O(e^n) and would recognize any constant term could be dismissed.
That is why epidemiologists say that travel restrictions are for the most part completely ineffective once domestic spread has begun.
I don't expect you to understand any of this. The few times I've posted here you've always come in with condescension and literally no tangible counter points.

I will say something. Trump broke the law by taking boxes of classified material home with him. The FBI had to retrieve those documents.
What we don't know right now is whether this is a direct result of a criminal investigation (warranted by any reading of the law) or if this was merely the FBI securing classified information.
In either case, the FBI has known for a long time about the classified documents. That was reported over a year ago. At some point those documents had to be retrieved for national security purposes, and you can't trust the person who illegally took home classified material to return them willingly.
This is only unprecedented because we have never had an ex-president take home a truck load of classified documents.
