It will a shite show! We've already witnessed how far these Marxist federal judges are willing to go to oppose anything attached to Trump.

This is sad, but also continues to expose the corruption of the Marxist Dems.

quote:

In the latest episode of the Deep State circus that’s turned our justice system into a bad joke, a 92-year-old federal judge appointed by none other than Bill Clinton back in the ’90s has been assigned to oversee the high-profile case against Venezuelan socialist dictator Nicolás Maduro in New York.

This is the same judge who has a track record of rulings that seem tailor-made to thwart President Trump’s agenda and protect left-wing interests.

U.S. District Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein, who took senior status way back in 2011, but somehow keeps popping up in major cases.

He has issued several controversial rulings adverse to Donald Trump and his administration. These rulings have spanned Trump’s time as a private citizen, his first presidency, and his current second term.

The court cases Hellerstein has been involved with are listed and explained in the article.

The case is in SDNY. The pickings are slim.

Yes, and as others have mentioned he'll rule that Trump didn't have the authority to remove Maduro and demand he be returned.

Maduro was under federal indictment with a price on his head. I doubt any judge would throw that out.

I have a theory that the Trump Administration wants this.

It wants leftist judges wedged into the crack where they have to support a narco-state despot in order to oppose the Administration. It's a no win situation for this judge.

I think y'all are overblowing the partisanship. The indictment was from the Biden admin. Why would they screw that up?

To "get Trump". And I think you are underestimating the partisanship.

Someone managed to get a gaggle of protestors outside of the courthouse this morning. Ask yourself, WTF gets out of bed on a Monday morning to protest the indictment of a Latin American despot?

Somewhere out there a leftist operative pulled together a couple dozen people and had a sign printed before 9:00am EST.

92 years old? Why hasn’t this guy been able to be a senior judge but not be inactive yet?

Ya know that old saying, "common sense isn't common!".

I wouldn't be surprised at anything these corrupt Marxist in black robes will do.
