The real question is how the Deep State got to the Judge. Or maybe this was always a Deep State judge who was acting like a non Deep State judge as a trap. It's so hard to tell whether a judge is a Deep State judge. It would be so much easier if they just came right out and told us they were a Deep State judge.

judge’s parents were Deep State and he was appointed by the Deep State. He is a also a member in a few Deep state civic groups.

This is a judge who overturned the conviction of a U.S. Senator. He's not going to take plea from someone he thinks was entrapped.

While they are in recess until 12:30EST. Something strange about this.
When one is working for a President in this role they are doing their job and the need of being registered as a foreign agent is not needed working within a Presidential cabinet. Even if this were not the case...think about Flynn's past roles, he had to be on the up and up with paperwork/procedures from his past roles.
It is at the least a process crime that makes no sense; nor is it seemingly applicable to Flynn?

I agree with this. Judge is holding everyone accountable, and questioning the prosecution whether they considered treason charge is in line with getting a complete understanding.
