They change the makeup every year to the four best strains (I think 3 now) they think will be most prevalent in the upcoming flu season. But no, it isn't perfect. And yes. Sometime they do miss. But it's based on science and has good "fundamentals", if you will, behind it.
I also got both doses of the Shingles vaccine. I ain't messin around with that crap.

Well in 2019 it was “shot or mask form October until April”. I took the shot.
No mention of it until two weeks ago.
This time — shot or mask again. I ignored the notice in the computer system. No one has asked for paperwork and no one has made me wear a mask. I plan to ride this way for as long as I can.

the virus the vac targets mutates every couple months. the vac may work day 1, but on day 60 is obsolete

That’s a different discussion. You can prove holes in their theories even operating within their set of rules. They are incapable of operating outside those parameters so it is a waste of time to try and convince those that are lost and never returning ;)

My brother got shingles in his eyes. You don’t want to know how nasty that was. I took the shingles shots. But as I said in my post on the flu shots, I am not about to force anyone else to take them against their will.
