Based on this logic, Kennedy should have allowed the USSR to put missiles in Cuba.

a country they might care to invade in the future.

This is speculation. The reasons for the invasion are unknown. It is logical though.
Russia (and Putin) are definitely out of bounds for invading a sovereign nation.

The question is, had the missiles been delivered to Cuba, does the US invade?

If you're willing to believe Russian troops have been in Donetsk since 2014, yes.

Who has NATO invaded? Are the USSR and NATO equivalent?

That's an understandable point of view.

No, but they were growing the Iron Curtain in Europe. We knew they were invaders. Who has NATO invaded? The two are not equivalent.

Technically.. NATO is a defensive alliance.. However, Putin is going to view NATO's actions through his own filter... therein lies part of the problem.

No. 1 - America elected a weak, corrupt, and senile crook for its President.

It went downhill from there.

Bunch of self righteous knuckleheads, complaining about Putin doing what the US has done for centuries.

And it's WORSE. Much worse. It's heartbreaking to know the truth in your heart; the guys who served feel the most betrayed.

The US PTB have been a 20th-21st century meddling, marauding, plundering Attila-the-Hun.

"And crown thy good with brotherhood from sea to shining sea" -- remember THAT from 'America The Beautiful'? (which is no longer sung)

Nope. God no longer "sheds His grace on thee". His blessing is removed. The Aftermath has begun.

The USA has entered the country on Russias border and created a coup/fraud/insurrection/internal war there with intentions not expressed but portrayed.

It is the equivalent of your word, "invasion". Maybe more insidious.

Nobody.

Thus, these are equivalent.

Which brings us back to...

Did the US allow the USSR to put missiles in Cuba?

This isn’t difficult.

The USA, looking out for what was in their best interest, set up a blockade on a sovereign nation. This worked because Cuba is an island nation. Had Cuba been Mexico, and Central America been the conduit for Soviet missiles, then I would have imagined that the USA would have invaded Mexico.

The added facet is Putin.

Based on past actions, he is a diabolical tyrant that is more than willing to put his ties all the way across the line.

That makes a difference imho.

That being said, arguing that Russia doesn’t have a justification (in their mind), especially given the actions of the West (including the USA) in the past, doesn’t compute.

Are they the aggressor...absolutely.

Should they be denounced and sanctioned...Yup.

Should we go to war with them over Ukraine?

Globalists wanted a new proxy war via Ukraine. 1) create another refugee crisis into Europe 2)alienate Russia and bring it closer to China and 3) Shake off US dollar as world currency 4)switch COVID narrative 5)Massively raise oil prices and crash Western economies

There could be dozen other incentives to do this. It's all game of world domination to them.
