We're talking 2+ months, here, not one night.
OK everyone allegedly involved walked away never to partake in such scandalous behavior again after such a successful heist. That is how criminals act when they get a massive win. OK

The Trump case was essentially a year and 2 months.
I even told you the article was from 2020

Those orders continued. Nationally. Nothing about Trump individually.

You don't understand how strict enforcement of SOLs limits government and is a libertarian principle?
A strict Libertarian SOL defender would be appalled at what New York state SOL ruling did to get Trump and yet you defended it.

You don't want them connected to the Internet, even with a VPN. I've seen the way that states and countries protect tech for decades, and they will end up hacked in minutes. Can you have a poll worker drive a USB drive every 90 minutes to a location within the county to upload results on the regular? Yes.

Future conspiracies are not relevant to the potential conspiracy that we're discussing. The SOL analysis on those, new conspiracies would clearly be different.

I'm curious what crimes they're alleging from 2020 aren't dead due to the SOL running last November
I mean even most of the post-election behavior should have been wrapped up by now, 5 years ago.
I guess you missed the day they covered ongoing criminal conspiracies....

Brush up the Continuing Wrong Doctrine. Used all the times in RICO. If the group continues committing the same type of fraud, the statute of limitations on the original act of fraud remains open.

What kinds of things can toll the SOL?

This has to do with more than the 2020 election. There has been a lot of testimony in court about them blatantly refusing to clean voter roles because it would cause them to lose some federal funding. Thousands of people that have been put on lists that they knew for a fact had not lived in Fulton County for sometime. People that were using virtual addresses that they knew about and used those addresses to register to vote even though they knew it was illegal. shite is about to hit the fan in Fulton County, home of Stacey Abrams and Fanni Willis. Hell, Stacey Abrams had blown through almost as much money as Kamala and hasn't ever won shite.

An actual audit would accomplish that task.
But guess what? They never wanted an audit nor would they give up the rolls to do so.
Respectfully, this is incorrect. There was
-The risk-limiting audit. LINK
-The full hand recount (monitored by both parties and livestreamed on the Web!) LINK
-A subsequent machine recount, marking the third time the ballots were counted LINK
-The signature audit in Cobb County LINK
-Investigations by both the GBI and DOJ
all overseen by the GOP officials

That's more of civil RICO, I believe.
RICO requires a complexity of parties and events that makes it difficult....especially if you're trying to extend that to 2024 (from a prior post)
RICO is really, REALLY difficult to prosecute, and I'm talking about with the enterprises the statute was written to prosecute. Being creative and RICO don't go together well at all.
This is why you see so few RICO cases prosecuted to the end.

And all of that was done before January 2021, I believe.
