Just a little liberal? You people are hilarious.

Folks, this is how far left they have gone and they aren’t shy about it any longer.

Why can't we just annex off the Satanists Democrats? That enjoyed the Grammys just to get Trump.... to a few states. When they go broke again like California and New York City. They are on their own..

You've got exactly zero room to speak, as Kamala was an actual drunken side piece ho' who slept her way up the ladder.

I wish. Arkansas and LA would cease to exist as a state without tax dollars from California.

You sure about that, what if Louisiana collected all the royalties from OCS drilling and taxed the frick out of oil and gas pipelined from facilites like LOOP that off load or now export oil from their ultra deep water port off the cost of Grand Isle.

Such anger.

The supreme court ruled abortion is a state issue. Lousiana outlawed the abortion pill. Some "doctor" saw a way to make money by illegally shipping pills into these states. Lousiana wants him extradited.

Its no different than the person killing a person in Cali and hiding out in Louisiana. Im certain the state would comply with sending the person back.

Dont be surprised the feds jump in, using the postal service or any cross state courier to perform an unlawful act, well thats breaking federal law.

Melania was the first non concert documentary to release in over 1500 theaters in that same time period. So you are ignorant in the fact that it would be a literal impossibility to not be the highest grossing non concert documentary in over 14 years since its you know… the only one to play in multiple theatres. It made a whopping average of 4k per theater hahaha

I wonder if this AG has a real law degree.

Got her JD from LSU in 1991 and while there served as the editor-in-chief of the Louisiana Law Review.

That was a 30 seconds to Google, click the wiki link, copy and then paste. Instead of limiting yourself to "wonder," perhaps do at least the most minimum bit of research before posting such nonsense.

So you’ve never heard of or used telehealth or virtual MD? Perhaps healthcare is a luxury you don’t have and thus you don’t know how things work in the real world.

In the "real world" people usually go to a doctor's office to see the doctor in person. The last time I checked, it's pretty difficult for a virtual/tele doc to take cultures or samples from a patient during the "visit".

quote:

Also they do consult with the patient and the pill is a legal product.

Let's not play like this was a cold, she specifically was going after abortion pills from out-of-state (since they are outlawed here) in order to kill her child.

quote:

If LA wants to make skittles illegal that’s their business but other state’s citizens have no obligation to support their idiocy.

This is where we are in agreement. There are federal no laws nor statutes covering this sort of transaction across state lines outside of tobacco products, certain hemp/CBD items, alcohol and firearms. This means that, outside of those items, as long as the mailed item is legal on the federal level and legal from the sending state, there's nothing meaningful the government of the receiving state can do to the sender without the cooperation of their state's government.

That said, the person receiving the item(s) can be charged and prosecuted under their state's law.

Let me know when a federal law prohibit the use of abortion pills. That’s the issue so no your analogy is poorly thought out but you don’t seem too bright so I’ll help you out. The proper analogy is that the State of Louisiana created a law that made the consumption of the candy skittles a crime. And Louisiana wants to have the authority to extradite a person in another state for sending a single skittle candy to a person in LA. That’s why we can laugh at this ignorant slut and all like minded people at how stupid they are. This case is not only not being considered on the merits, it’s downright being laughed at by any legal scholar who didn’t get their degree from a crack jack box.

So a 3rd tier law school as suspected.

None of which a doctor needs to prescribe a harmless drug like Mifepristone.

Well duh. A legal product but due to the state having a majority of people who believe in a earth that is 6k years old and run by a sky fairy they can now ruin the lives of people making rational decisions that are in the best interest of themselves and society. Kudos to the state of Louisiana.
