If you overhear something. It’s still fricking hearsay.

Democrats are idiots.

FISA court renewal expires Dec 15, 2019

LINK

ETA: The main head of the beast, The FISA court is done and voted on in 2017. These are provisions they will probably quietly vote on before Dec 15. Graham will address the FISA court after the Durham findings if enough people remember. They will put amendment oogafay blah blah blah and say it shall never happen again.

If I am talking to someone on a phone not on a speaker I have a reasonable expectation of privacy.

LOL it doesn't even matter....the "jury" is already set and has heard all of this. What's gonna happen, Senators be ordered to disregard any hearsay evidence they've heard on TV, that's later excluded in the Senate trial??

Bottom line is there's still zero evidence of Trump's intent being corrupt in that he was unambiguously expecting personal gain via political dirt on Biden. No change there. Personal opinion, personal perception and personal interpretation remains the only evidence.

It’s always amazed me how throughout Trump’s term, every time the democrats get their investigations shut down somehow a new witness appears with a story to counter whatever the criticism of their attack is. We saw it with Kavanaugh, we saw it with Russian collusion, and here we are again. The part that’s really mind boggling is how the media never seems to notice the trend and treats it as legit in order to keep people watching

Even if that was true word for word nowhere does it mention anything about pressuring anybody to do anything.

It is very difficult to hear a voice over a cell phone unless it's on speaker or the phone is being held away from the listener's ear for all to hear.

I would love to see Jim Jordan accept a call during the hearing and ask this clown Holmes to repeat what is being said.,

I can't believe for a political board so few people understand politics.

They are building to Sondland, Vindman in his dress uniform and eventually Bolton by court order.

Bolton is playing the role of the reluctant witness trying to avoid testimony.

Some judge will force him in.

He will drop some kind of a bomb and then you will start to hear chirping from deeply concerned Republican Senators.

Wake up!!!! Republicans are in on this sham!!!

If you believe in contacting your Representatives, now would be the time!!!

If you’re right, and I pray you’re not but suspect you are, contacting reps won’t help. The question that then applies is “if you believe in the 2nd amendment and the reasons the founders included it, how many are really willing to risk/sacrifice everything to stand up and take action?”

This is the highly advanced strategy being employed by the Democrats....2 or 3 woefully deficient witnesses may not do the trick, but 7 or 8 woefully deficient witnesses - now they've got a case. Adding 3 or 4 more piles of poo to an already existing pile of poo doesn't improve anything....it just creates a much larger pile of poo that stinks that much worse.

That's not politics, that's strategy.

The politics of this thing is not allowing testimony favorable to the president to be heard. That testimony was weeded out during the secret hearings.

That's politics and everyone here understands it.

What are the chances this conversation ever happened? Should be easy to verify if this little douche was ever in a restaurant with sonderland at the same time he was on a call call with trump. My guess is no
