I'd make a huge billboard that plays on the phrase "we are all border states" as close to her home as possible (or just S of Arlington).
It would read:

NOT! It's Kamala.

It's OK for them to be homeless in Texas, but not DC or Martha's Vinyard.
The sanctimonious BS about their longitude and latitude needs to end. Illegal immigrants are a burden on communities. It's easy to be gracious as long as they are in someone else's backyard and someone else's problem.
