I think we all know that something is not right. Joe is either not healthy or starting to show the signs of dementia, or something if I was trying to keep his condition concealed...
I have an Uncle who just died with Alzheimer's Disease. I was around him from the time he first got it until just a few months before he passed away. He was very good at hiding it until the disease advanced to the point where he got into a "loop" where he would try to have the same conversation over and over again. Keeping him under wraps except for scripted appearances is exactly how I would have put my uncle out there...

There were months we went without a daily press conference because those fat ugly cowards couldn’t handle the heat, hell one of them never even gave one! Not sure why y’all are complaining now that we have an adult messaging the nation instead of a dementia posture narcissist with the Twitter fingers of a pre-pubescent child
