People are more than of a race...they have lots of characteristics that fall into 2 main categories:
a. You're born that way.
b. It's your doing.
Wealth is not a privilege in a free market society that has tremendous class mobility. The vast majority of people in America end up in a different class than from birth. It can be upward or downward based on their decisions in life.
IQ and height are locked in from birth. So, if you're a white guy with a high IQ and you're 5-4 do you think women are gonna want you? Ask Paul Krugman.

Given that the IQ difference is about 15 points on average Then it's pretty reasonable to conclude that the major difference here comes down to Environmental reasons.

It seems like you're having a hard time with this so let me help you. Gene expression has much to do with Environmental triggers. I don't know if you ever learned that or if you even understand what I'm saying but genetics are approximately between 40 to 80% of IQ based on studies on twins. That's a fact from Mensa. Maybe instead of mocking what I'm saying you should actually try to read about it yourself and maybe further your own understanding
