My wife, her friends and much of the world use instagram and social media to interact and socialize with each other.
If you think the content on those platforms isn’t influential you should let the advertisers who spent tens of billions of dollars to put their products on it know because they’re convinced it is.
When the influencer content itself becomes overtly political its fair game to be discussed just as topics here have made it to Reddit and other leftist platforms.

These are the exact same women-single white Prog women-who have built the "where are all the good men" narrative. Well, that's easy. Single men learn that dating a liberal white woman comes with a LOT of other stuff-high probability of major depression, personality disorders, inability to regulate their emotions, making You responsible for their emotions, lack of personal responsibility, blame shifting, entitlement, projection, flipping responsibility for interpersonal conflict, lack of compassion (ironic isn't it), lack of ability to repair a relationship, lack of ability or empathy to allow closure if relationship goes off the rails, complete disregard for the feelings of all others, elevation of self over all others. You are signing up for PAIN. And if you demonstrate humility or forgiveness, they will EAT YOU for dinner and then go put it on their TikTok. The number of videos of feral Prog ladies roasting their ex is ridiculous.
You can try to inform them or challenge them to read this thing or learn the history or consider the facts, but it just isn't going to work because their Progressivism is just downstream from all these other things. They truly believe-and I mean this LITERALLY-that their random thoughts are facts. They aren't reproducing, are deeply unhappy and they've chosen a false religion that makes them miserable. So yeah, that's why I'm not on FB or IG or any of that shite. It's depressing. It's a reminder of how failing women have corroded the healthy part of culture to the point that nobody with any sense can even recognize it.

There is a concentrated effort to make every corner of the internet overwhelmingly leftist, especially since "the internet" is now defined by 5-6 apps (along with news updates from overwhelmingly leftist media outlets). Another reason why Elon purchasing Twitter was so important.

It's only as influential as people allow it to be. We're all capable of choosing where we devote our attention.
Once these platforms starting promoting influencers, I totally lost my appetite for them. But I know that I'm more of an anomaly than the norm. I also get overstimulated pretty easily so the automatic playing of random videos sets me off.

I've got socials but I just use them to essentially stalk the hive mind and mentally track the devolvement of the human species. A hundred years ago, my ancestors were struggling through the Great Depression and the Dust Bowl and their daily concern was how to not starve. Today, my liberal cousins are overweight, lazy, entitled, emotionally unstable and cannot stop bitching about how terrible America is while they post unhinged musings from the comfort of their climate controlled homes on $3000 phones while drinking a $17 cup of iced coffee and masturbating to photos of men in dresses.

<3 It took all the restraint I could muster to not respond to your essay about liberal women and their inability to regulate their emotions. If anyone else would have posted that, I would have given them a stern talking to. But we are doing such a remarkable job peacefully coexisting.
