I don’t know if it’s all illegal but calling him Hitler is technically illegal. He could easily sue for defamation in civil court for that type of talk. It could be considered criminal too, since the defamation has almost without a doubt caused violence towards him.
But we have such strong free speech laws in the US criminal defamation charges are rare I think.
