This is the system Cassidy set up. Don't be upset at voters for using it. Would you prefer voters just keep to themselves and not let politicians know when they are screwing up? This is politics, not a retail establishment. It affects everything. If an intern can't handle the heat, then she needs a new job. It's not for everyone, myself included.

Didn’t say it wasn’t. Just laugh whenever people call those offices and unload, as if they expected the member of Congress to be there answering the phone, or as if that message would ever be passed on.
