I have seen a couple polls recently that do seem to show Independents moving towards disapproval of ICE (dem and repub don’t really matter because those opinions seem rather cemented in)

Please keep in mind that polls are used to help drive a Narrative.
Polls can be manipulated to produce a result simply by the way poll questions are phrased.
Polls are largely good for message board discussions….and that’s about it.

I know a number of people, many of them teachers (go figure) whailing and crying about the ICE meanies roughing up the Soros soldiers and defending illlegals, yet nary a single peep from them about he young ladies killed on public transportation or raped and murdered by illegal criminals. Trump has totally broken these people. I can’t figure out if the angst is simply OMB, if they are mad at their fellow voters being deported, or if they’ve truly lost their sanity.

As an Independent, I believe in ICE's mission, but not their tactics. I know agents are overworked and tired, mad at being away from their families, cold from the weather, and facing crowd hostility. Still, it does not justify the poor decision making we have seen from some agents and the aggressive action a few have taken against citizens exercising their constitutional right to protest.

perception is reality. Feeling are facts. The right is losing this for a number of reasons but the chief reason is that most on the right think that as bad as things get they can ignore/ride it out.

I still support ICE. A couple of dead leftists who were awarded Darwin awards isn't going to change my mind. This is exactly what I voted for. Honestly, it feels Pretti Good watching the Left freak out that their tantrum isn't working to stop ICE from accomplishing it's mandate.
