If you have been dragged by a car once, and you were taught at an early age by parents to move, also at popo school 101 and you still flop in front of a moving car?

You need to change professions.gald you lived

How does he know she wasn’t going to floor it or that he might slip on the ice - arm chair QB.

His job wasn't to move. Her job was to stop.

That's the first thing you have to understand.

So this is like the 4th stage of TDS grief when you realize all your BS was just that and this was a justifiable shoot.

You just hold your wiener and post sniveling bitter questions.

Got it.

You’re pretty late to the party at this point. Others here have already beat this to death when they thought they actually had a chance of fooling the general public

Don’t worry there will be something new this week for you to clutch your pearls and your wiener over

If your sole purpose was to dodge the vehicle b/c you anticipated it moving forward at 2mph then yes. In this case his perception when he shot was that she was moving faster, or mashing the pedal.

I think he was caught up in taking the video with his phone b/c they weren't necessarily threatening but a nuisance or impeding to what they were doing probably much longer than 3.5 minutes. His goal with the phone recording I believe was to get info on the car and occupants.

In this case I don't think he anticipated the car moving forward with him in front and when he realized it was it was too late to save her. The question to ask is, when he reached for the gun why do that instead of run left knowing she was going right, but the key factor is he had no way to know which direction she was about to go b/c he was too close. And that's coupled with there was nothing in their behavior indicating she was about to take off with him in front.

His training was to move, she tried to avoid him

Both can be true. Sad it went down like that.

It was going 2mph because the wheels spun due to ice on the road. Now imagine if it was just asphalt.

I see where you are going with you leading question.

You are a disingenuous passive aggressive pussy making excuses for people obstructing law enforcement while they are legally, lawfully executing their job.

Your premise isn’t completely factual in this case including leaving out road conditions with tire spinning and people slipping and leaving out acceleration of vehicle with tire already spinning once it gains full traction along with passenger side tire (including the vehicle jumping forward), but let’s play the game.

If you're the driver of a car 5 feet from a person while going 2 mph do you think you could stop before hitting the person with your car?

If you're the driver of a car 5 feet from a person while going 2 mph do you think you could turn to the right sharply enough to avoid hitting that person? If not why would you continue driving towards the person?

If you're the driver of a car 5 feet from a person do you think you could follow the legal instructions of a law enforcement officer at your window arresting you for obstruction and not flee in the first place while hitting the ICE officer?

Exactly stated.

There is also a massive ignorance of physics by these leftists. Both into the transferred force, and relative speeds.

I thought they only sucked at biology, but it seems those who think men are women cant do physics either.

According to where YOU were educated.

By the shining example, you would be a hood ornament.

I also might be able to avoid a swing at my neck by a crazy with a machete, but it's still attempted murder and I am more than allowed to defend myself.
Bad murder analogy on your part.

What has never been released is sound of the engine idle. If it was high, speed/movement is irrelevant...

Do you see it coming slow rolling your way or a quick acceleration?
