Some LEOs are unable to handle stressful situations. As a retired military with combat experience, I could easily recognize panic. Btw, none of my LEO friends, nor military buddies, thought the shooting was justified.

You are not retired military nor are you friends with LEOs or military buddies. You are 100% pure soy.

Oh I don’t think there’s any question you have
Military experience
LEO friends
Military buddies
Your post exudes masculinity.

I respect LEOs and would never disobey one doing their job. I also formulate my own opinions based on what I see, not what I'm told. You don't use lethal force to subdue someone because they broke the law and is trying to evade capture, unless their was a fear of imminent death or serious bodily harm to themselves or others. From what I saw, his actions were disproportionate to the threat presented by car's occupant...he was standing on the side of a car barely moving in a direction away from him.

If someone in your family had been shot under a similar circumstance would your attitude still be so cavalier?
I thank god my mother is a conservative and not out running people over in her vehicle.

If they tried to run a person over with a SUV....................YES!

I would not be flippant, I would be very angry at my family member for causing a tragedy that ended his or her life and potentially ruined an ICE officer's life over a bunch of nonsense virtue signaling.

My family members don’t attempt to run over people.
I guess we aren’t the same.

I'm not gay, a leftist, clown, dumbass, fool, lunatic, or several other things mentioned. Just a concerned American who loves and served this country, believes in the Constitution, and want to ensure the Gov't remains accountable for its actions. It's an important concept. Remember, the British soldiers involved in the Boston Massacre was defended by a Founding Father, John Adams, because the concept of accountability and fairness is a key cornerstone of democracy.

So was my childhood friend. He was committing an armed robbery and threatened the police. They had no choice but to shot him...I would have done the same.

So you understand a cop shooting someone when the cop’s life is in danger.
