Ideally would be interested in knowing the number deported thru “soft force” and the number deported thru “hard force”

Really would be great if 90% of the effort was done thru soft force as it is way easier and less painful politically.

With the criminal element, hard force is really the only way.

Biden let in approximately 15 million. We need to be at minimum deporting 4 million a year. Just doesn’t feel like that is possible at this rate.

Was never possible with judges, governors, mayors, and opposition defending it and blocking every chance they can.

Trump isn't even close to this number. He's a huge fricking failure in the deportation department.

I just wish there was a real number out there. We all knew the left would be ready with their media machine to tug on suburban mom’s heart strings. But just want to make sure we are getting something out of all the blowback.

If we are just deporting hundreds or so thousand, it feels like a waste.

The real number was posted on the DHS website in December.

It's a bit outdated but gives you an idea.

DHS: 650K deported in 2025. Another 1.9 million voluntarily left the country

I don't believe anyone knows the true numbers as both sides play games with everything related. Maybe you're right...but the fact that all of these activist federal judges, politicians , and groups are spending so much time, and resources all the way from lawfare up to hiring riot co-ordinators to start riots, tells us that there are enough illegal aliens being deported that it is problematic for those who conspired to get them here.

**Democrat politicians are willing to shut down the US Government over funding the DHS. over the illegals being deported. The massive amount of fraud being uncovered is directly related to the illegal alien population.
We certainly wont know if anyone will be held accountable for the fraud until they are, but it definately looks like the $$ will dry up (unless democrats regain power then re-open the borders and flood the country with criminals and degenerates again)

Not with every judge jumping in every 5 min.
This is a coordinated plan to subvert the Executive branch.

Asking seriously, this number is all over the place, I've heard 8 million, 12 million, 20 million, does anybody really know how many came under Biden and how many illegals we have as a whole?

I hear between 10 and 20
So 15 is the number I settled on.

They can only estimate self-deportation numbers and I would guess any of those are massively overstated to make Trump look better on an issue he is failing badly at.

How active are the US borders today?

Give an example of a judge impeding the administration with routine deportations done under 8 USC 1229 or 1228. The deportation machine is running with only a few minor hiccups, mainly from overcrowding from detentions.

The issue becomes how do you define "illegal." Everyone can agree the person who jumped the border or overstayed their visa is illegal, but from there it varies by who you are asking. The legal definition is anyone not in lawful status, but you can not be in lawful status and have a pending asylum case+work permit (most common scenario).

The number with Biden becomes tricky because he ordered near blanket humanitarian parole release at the border (release under INA Section 212(d)(5)), with many others just released on Orders of Supervision. So these people are "illegally present" but have active cases. The other things are paroles like the CHNV program and expansions of TPS, which are quasi-legal status. Trump ended the parole for everyone who was given it by Biden, assuming the parole hadn't expired, and has or is in the process of ending TPS, so the number is in flux as those things are worked out.

It's probably close to 3 million in his first year, counting both forced and self deportations. Both heroic given the pushback and not nearly enough to save us. Long road ahead.
