Erdogan said many months ago, that they will take action for Israel’s atrocities in Gaza. These rebels are backed and supported by Turkey. This could be that. Turkey is feeling empowered right now. That could be a problem.

Who is going to fund these islamist Rebels? Are they going to now cut deals with Russia and Iran? If so then what makes them any different than Asad for the Syrian people? What country is going to stand behind them with their desire to move into Israel?

How Turkey is still part of NATO is baffling.

I mean Turkey is a very strategic partner for NATO. You can maintain Russia in a way if you’re in Turkey. I would say Turkey up until Erdogan, was okay, but Erdogan seems to have imperial type ambitions, and he backs some nuts. Tbh, a powerful Turkey would be a far bigger problem than Iran was, in the region. Much more organized, far better military, better economy, and they’re modern.

There will have to be a major Eastern power involved for it to be Armageddon.

I really didn't have the 9th Crusade on my card for 2024, but hey, why not. Not like anything else could go wrong.
