Defamation, for one. It would be a civil suit for hundreds of millions in DC area. That's a win.
Blaze is stepping out on a major ledge.
I want to believe Baker and what they've put together, but without proof from the feds, she will file a massive, massive civil suit, given the location, she would 100% win.
I'm sure glen beck and Baker have mulled that over. I imagine they wouldn't put this out there if they weren't 100% certain.
If not, complete fail on their part.

Go check out the Bin Laden doc on Netflix. Using informants, they narrowed his possible location down to a complex in Abbotabad, then trained satellite cameras on the walled off property. They began to watch an individual called "the walker" who would pace in the yard daily. They used sun positioing and the time of day to calculate the height of the individual based on his shadow. The uniquness of the walker's 6'4" frame was enough to call in the dogs. The rest is history.

If the mainstream news media ignores this story, nothing will happen. I'm pretty sure they will ignore this story and the Congressional Republicans will hold hearings with some stern words of criticism being the end of it.
