They were both created by the see eye A.

Burn the buildings and put up a monument as a reminder.

Chicken deciders what we see and don’t see. LucasP posted really lackluster porn and as a result isn’t here any longer giving elguacho a run for his money. Chickens forum, Chickens rules. Is he publishing what you and I post? Should the government step in and regulate him?

It’s not the words, it’s the idea that doesn’t make sense given the law.

It's not about big/small. It's about 203 status. Cnn had to pay Nick Sandman millions because they are considered a publisher. Social media is, currently, exempt from lawsuits, because they allow open discussions. When social media decides what their members see and what they don't, they, in essence, become a publisher. They should lose their 203 exemption status. Eta:spelling

They already know this. They're just feigning ignorance. And in David's case doubling down on ignorance by claiming this would lead to "big government" when it would do nothing of the sort.

So do we want a bug gov telling people what they have to publish?

So you admit they are a publisher. We have common ground.

Now lets take away their special exemptions that a platform provider has.

They’ve always been publishers of your posts/tweets. There is no publisher/platform distinction in statute or jurisprudence. If you take away 230 protection social media, comment sections disappear...which, arguably, would be good for individual psyches and the republic.

I would wager he didn't come up with it, just like frickface didn't come up with Facebook. It's just too convenient that FB tracks all your information and locations, and Twitter is distribution of biased information.

These are CIA black hat programs.

lackluster porn

Porn is against the rules and no one here had to sign a term of agreement. It's known. Don't post porn.

How dumb are you? It violates the terms of this website. Yes, he blocks porn. So? It's a sports/news site and against the rules.
Twitter blocked the 4th largest newspaper's publication because it will hurt Biden.
Sorry, Chicken blocked porn. He's wasn't blocking news.

TD blocks, deletes and bans posters for much more than porn. If 230 goes away TD would be subject to myriad lawsuits from banned posters, defamation and libel suits because of what retards post. The internet exists today because of 230. Delete it and it goes back to shopping and media websites with no access for the bums of TD to be heard.

CNN is indeed a publisher, but they didn’t pay sandman millions, or a million.

How much did they pay him? (honest question, I never heard/read)

What law obligates a pvt company to allow you to use its service to say or do whatever you want while accessing their website?

These companies are the public square. Maybe they should have thought of that before starting their websites and censoring the voices of only one political party that just so happens to differ from their political beliefs.

Not once have I heard them say that they have the right to censor based on political ideology. They have only repeatedly lied and said that they do not censor the right.
