So what will be the difference between the J&J and the Novavax?

Novavax is protein based, J&J is not.

Of one is inclined towards conspiracies, the J&J uses DNA that actually enters the cell's nucleus,

neither one enter the nucleus and does anything with DNA.

J&J is traditional vaccine. They inject you with a disabled adenovirus. Your body makes antibodies against it.

is this correct? Legit curious, as I've thought the J&J was the more traditional option as opposed to the mrna two (or now I guess 3 and counting) dose options...

Explain it to me like I'm 5

So if JJ isn't the flu like type of vaccine, how does it work and how is it different than mRNA? Better or worse?

Have a place set up in Boca Chica. Last remaining issue is transporting our dog, and we think a plan is in place. Just hope they don't ask her to mask up. She is 13 and no longer takes such advice.

Mine did as well, 2 weeks ago.

Strange, that is the same day I submitted my letter of resignation.

Had planned on retiring. Just happened earlier than I had expected. September 11, 2021. Hoo-fricking-ray!

I don't blame you at all, and congratulations...but why not make them fire you just to be a pain in their arse? This vaccine nonsense has to have some resistance. They cannot mandate you be an experiment or lose your job.

More people need to refuse the vax, accept the termination, then sue for wrongful termination.

The JandJ is DNA and enters the nucleus. It does not integrate with your DNA but it does get transcribed to mRNA in your nucleus. That mRNA then exits the nucleus and uses ribosome to translate the S protein.

Novavax is expected 4Q 2021, so 6 to 20 weeks or so

Just asking but Noravax shows more promise because it has gone through more rigorous trials and is not an mRNA?

A traditional vaccine is the flu vaccine. J&J is closer to the Ebola vaccine than the flu vaccine.

Are going to stay down there? Do some independent/free lance work or anything?

Nope. Worked entire career in hospital pharmacy. Started as staff. Got my grad degree and worked clinical and as director.

With the way medicine has been skewed by politics in the last year, I am washing my hands of the entire shite show. going to spend days hiking, snorkeling, and diving. Also love photography and will spend time shooting landscapes as well land/sea life.

If you get covid just tell them you came down with the gonorrhea. If they want proof offer to drop your pants. They'll decline that offer and you're home safe.

J&J is like the Ebola vaccine. It will not re-program your cells like mRNA and eventually override your natural immunity like trash mRNA will. Even though it's not protein/egg based like traditional flu, it's the best we got of the 3 atm. Take the J&J over those other 2 trash Jesus Juice cocktails but see if you can hold out for Novavax. That's the best way I can summarize for a 5 yr old and cut right to the chase.

Some of those people who have been wary of getting the mRNA vaccines may find Novavax more appealing.

The Novavax vaccine also has a substantially lower rate of side effects than the authorized mRNA vaccines.

At the end of January, reports that yet another COVID-19 vaccine had succeeded in its clinical trials—this one offering about 70 percent protection—were front-page news in the United States, and occasioned push alerts on millions of phones. But when the Maryland-based biotech firm Novavax announced its latest stunning trial results last week, and an efficacy rate of more than 90 percent even against coronavirus variants

Thanks. I actually read and understood (most of) this, unlike nearly everything else I read about the vaccines. So I hope this is accurate

The pressure from THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE can be overwhelming. Stay strong and base your decision on logic, not emotion.
