Started watching the vid, and I can't remember any candidate who repeats lines more than Kamala. It's a stalling tactic, a crutch, and she uses it to sound more serious than what her words actually are saying. She's such a empty pantsuit.
Oh, and it took just a few minutes for her to break out into that awkward and ill placed cackle in what otherwise should be a solemn and serious moment.
She's not full of 'joy', she's just a weak individual.
