Well, I’m 63 and still getting laid about five times per week. I work out with weights about five times per week and do cardio about four times (that’s down from a few months ago because my knees are acting up). You’re going to have a hard time winning this argument with me.
The guy who lives two doors down from me died last year at 95. The last year was rough, but he was out walking the neighborhood in his 90’s, stopping to talk to neighbors and enjoying life.
Bad breaks happen. The odds of getting cancer, heart disease or dementia can be radically lowered with proper diet and exercise, but even then they are not zero. As long as a man takes care of himself, and avoids those bad breaks, he’ll just be losing his spryness at 80.
I agree with your premise ... although I'm older than you and more prone to take size, genes, lifestyle, race, upbringing, living conditions, diet, etc., into consideration when it comes to a male's life expectancy.
I've known some of the most physically fit, baddest human beings you might ever imagine, who are gone .... in their 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s.
One of my best friends, Dave Thuma from Ohio, a Special Forces physical specimen who never cursed, drank, smoked ... was a workout fiend. He died while running PT with his A Team, in Afghanistan in-between Combat Ops. He was only 29. It was his time.
My father passed at 81 ... he was still lifting weights and walking a couple of miles daily with his dogs ... when he went down taking the trash out to the curb.
My younger brother, also a former hard charging sky god who spent years at Bragg, just turned 61 in July. He's fighting stage 4 cancer right now ... he just completed a 5k run on the 20th. An incredible physical specimen. The doctors are telling us it's spread from his kidneys into his liver and lungs.
I could cite 100 examples off the top of my head that proves your claim to be incorrect. Sure, lifestyle helps, especially when it comes to drinking, drugs, smoking and diet .... but diet, especially, is debatable given the lies we've been told and the poison we've been fed for most of our lifetimes. A lot of the damage has already been done ... like skin cancer, which is where my brother's problems started.
My older brother passed in 2022 at the age of 71 ... but he was a smoker and drinker and he had problems. We were all surprised that he lived as long as he did.
And as far as women are concerned ... menopause changes them drastically. It all depends upon the woman. I'm married to a much younger woman who is in menopause, and still I have to deal with her willingness and moods and feelings. They're from Venus, we're from Mars. I believe side chicks, after a certain age, should be allowed.
But you do you. In the meantime ....

The average life expectancy for white males in the United States is approximately 76 years, based on recent data. This figure has shown a slight decline over the past few years, decreasing from 76.5 years in 2000 and 2010 to 75.8 years in 2022. The most recent estimates from 2021 and 2022 place the average life expectancy for white males at 75.9 and 75.8 years, respectively. These trends reflect broader societal factors such as healthcare access, lifestyle choices, economic conditions, and mental health.

I would love for James Woods to fill the role in her absence. Those would be standing room only events.

Damn i wish I was insanely wealthy....and very beautiful, young women were wanting to drain my balls in an effort to get my seed and lock me down for 18 years.

will be dead before the kid gets out of college.
Hopefully there is a male family member that can be a fill-in for the physical dad stuff like camping, hiking and biking.
TBH, not a fan of older people making babies. Kids need abled bodied parents and don't need to be in college while dealing with the serious health problems parents get in their older years....let alone deaths.

bullshite! My claim was that if you take proper care of yourself, AND DON’T GET BAD LUCK, you should live into your 90’s and be active into your 80’s. You responded by listing a few guys who had bad luck. That doesn’t touch my statement.
I just had dinner with a guy who celebrate his 90th birthday a few months ago. He works out seven hours per week. His wife is 71, and they were sexually active a few years ago (I don’t know about now).
The lady who lived across the street from me lived to 95. At 94 she was still walking several miles a day and from 30 yards away she looked to be in her 60s.
We could both list examples to make our cases, but what won’t change is this: that if a man takes care of himself, and has average luck, he’ll live into his 90’s and have a nice active life, and sex life, into his 70’s.
