And no arrests. If they truly “weaponized” the fbi, wouldn’t that be a crime? Really tired of reading the “breaking news” garbage.

Ooof.

The big question that's not being discussed. TIL NOW.

Merely "OUSTED"? How are "high-ranking officials" who weaponized the bureau against President Trump just..."ousted"? Pretty serious crime, no?Why no indictments, arrests or scheduled trials?

So are they even real or just fictional characters?

Lol -- this admin. Totally impotent.

You are surely aware that sometimes there are things or actions that are certainly fireable offenses, perhaps some other “hurtful” consequences like forfeiting retirement/pension etc, yet may not necessarily be criminal offenses.

This doesn't sound "criminal" to you?

BREAKING: FBI Director has just OUSTED high-ranking officials at the FBI who were found to have weaponized the bureau against President Trump.

I can’t imagine this being too complicated or complex a concept for folks to sort through in their minds.

There's not even a shred of proof a "them" exists.

This "BULLETIN!!" announcement is designed to take some heat off of Kash and Trump for scoring an official 0.0 on their criminal arrest record of "high officials" thus far.

She's not even good at that.

But we should expect another Binder hoax somehow and yet one more speech on being "sick and tired" of the rampant "antisemitism in America" -- because THAT'S what Americans are really concerned about.

Who was the FBI agent in charge in New Orleans that was ousted? Mitch must have put him in.

the Hatch Act doesn’t involve criminal arrests
When you violate it by using the FBI to falsely charge and arrest a former president, yes it absolutely does.

Otherwise, it's just meaningless finger-wagging bullshite. They'll go work for some firm somewhere making more money while they wait to get rehired by democrats.

The pedophiles with the most to lose also know they were sanitized and poisoned. That's why it took them this many years to ask for them.

No, it’s not. There could be an “offshoot” of a Hatch Act investigation that leads to a criminal investigation/indictment/prosecution, but again, that would be in the situation of discovering a separate criminal act while in the process of an administrative Hatch Act proceeding.

For instance, bribery. If bribery were found to have been committed while investigating a specific act of wrongdoing as defined by the Hatch Act, then that would become a separate (even if f still factually related) criminal matter. Hence, we’re back to square one with my original question of which specific federal criminal statute are y’all demanding be brought before a grand jury to seek a criminal indictment??

Here’s the point of my inquisitiveness and “push back” in this particular regard: you can’t validly and legitimately demand something be done when you don’t even know if what you’re demanding is an actual thing. I see all these denouncements of the Trump DOJ for failing to arrest for this and failing to arrest for that, and in more than a few instances wherein a judgment of epic failure has been giddily pronounced by some amongst us, when the original demand for a specific action was blatantly unrealistic and frankly silly in the first place.

I’m not saying that’s the situation in every instance, because yes of course there are going to be legit cases/instances wherein criminal action could be justifiably possible, yet pursuant to prosecutorial discretion a choice to not actively pursue is made for any number of reasons, but hot damn you gotta know what you’re demanding and whether it’s an actual thing before you go off half-cocked trashing them for some inaction that wasn’t a rational demand in the first place.

**Is that a long arse post? Hell yes it is. It’s crazy. I’m crazy. I’m an old school long typer. Whatcha gonna do, ya know?
